We have a diverse range of experience and knowledge in commercial management and delivery of high quality infrastructural projects on time and to budget, both in Ireland and the UK. Our team collectively brings a wealth of expertise, skills, technical knowledge, engineering solutions and construction processes which have been used in the successful delivery of works across a range of Civil Engineering sectors for both public and private clients.

Michael Gallagher

Director Technical Development

Michael has a wealth of civil engineering and construction management experience garnered from over 33 years in the field of construction in D&B, ECI and Employer Design projects for both public and private clients. Reputation for delivering high quality construction projects on various complex, challenging infrastructure schemes on time and budget and is noted for his innovative construction strategies and planning, forward thinking and problem-solving skills. Invaluable expertise both in a hands on and management capacity in design and tender development, tender procurement, risk management, technical ability, commercial control and an effective communicator and listener to develop best value for both contractor and client.

Martin McCormack

Contracts Director

Martin has 32 years experience across a range of projects to D&B, ECI and traditional for both private & public clients to various contract forms incl. NEC , FIDIC, PWC, JCT.

Extensive experience of leading the development and commercial management of projects to reduce risk ensuring delivery to time and budget.

Effective leadership and experience across the areas of governance, project management, procurement, business development, commercial management, personnel, finance, and client management.

Barry Fitzgerald

Estimating Director

Barry has 21 years’ experience and has worked as Commercial Manager/Chief Estimator on major civil engineering projects. He has acquired considerable knowledge and experience in relation to the procurement, commercial and managerial aspects of civil engineering works in Ireland and the UK under various Forms of Contract. A diligent and adaptable construction team professional, who has used the knowledge and experience gained in both estimating & construction to successfully deliver projects. Barry has Commercial Management expertise of both minor & major Infrastructural projects to the value of €440M in the last 4 years alone .
